The Power Of Heart-Mind Coherence

Heart Mind Coherence

Nick’s lesson yesterday was next level. I loved it. I’m going to spend more time with Nick’s lesson and reflect more on what he is saying. In the meantime, check out these videos and let me know if they are helpful.

The insights Nick shared reminded me of Gregg Braden’s talk on coherence and Bashar’s Triad Mind presentation. This kind of alignment or heart-mind coherence seems to be the key to creating magical manifestations.

Our physical minds seem to be connected to the physical unfolding. This is where our desire for safety, money and material things come from. The physical mind along with the ego are focused on outcomes. Our logical minds want the big house and the big money and other things along these lines.

Our heart is more in sync with our spirits. As Nick said, our spirit doesn’t care about material things or linear unfolding. Our spirits are more interested in experiences. Our spirit is focused on the process and how our experiences expand our consciousness. Spirt doesn’t care much about outcomes; it’s interested in the journey. This is how we level up - by having experiences that expand our consciousness. This is done through contrast, which is nothing more than feedback on your alignment between heart, mind and source.

A significant part of my struggle comes from fighting with myself. Heck, maybe it’s all of my struggle as I think more about it. When my heart and mind are out of alignment, I drive myself crazy ruminating on certain topics as my physical mind tries to solve the problem without the help of my higher mind and spirit. This is when I get frustrated, angry, determined, worry, bear down and use force, effort and brutally hard work to make it happen. Living in the physical, logical mind is a hard way to live. It’s kind of like swimming upstream with one arm tied behind your back while yelling at the river as it sends you in the wrong direction.

Interestingly, when I was in the middle of my divorce, my attorney called me after we received an offer to buy our house. It was a brutally painful time for me. I knew it was the right decision, but it was killing me to break up our family. He asked me, “What do you want to do with your stuff. How do you want to divide up the contents of your house?” Keep in mind, I had spent most of my adult life accumulating more and more stuff. As I thought about his question, my answer was, “I don’t care about any of the stuff. You can burn it all.”

I believe at that time, my consciousness shifted from being dominantly physical / linear unfolding to a focus on experiences and expanding my consciousness. I spent the next eight years traveling around the country, living in different cities and sometimes with different family members. All I had with me was a guitar and a duffle bag. I just followed my excitement from one adventure to the next. It was bliss.

Since the conversation with my lawyer on that fateful day in 2015, I never shifted back to my old self. Today, I simply don’t care about money or material possessions. They don’t matter to me at all. I now know this was my spiritual self asserting itself into my life. My spirit had been pushed into the back seat behind my physical mind and now it wanted to be part of my vibration. It took unbelievable pain, loss and contrast to create an opening. Today, I desire to seek a balance between my physical mind and my heart mind and with my higher mind / Inner Being/ spirit / Christ consciousness. When I achieve this, I am operating as a whole being and everything flows effortlessly.

Gregg talks about moving mountains. My interpretation of this is that when we have heart-mind coherence, we are able to shift to an alternative reality frame where the mountain doesn’t exist at that location. Since we are shifting billions of times per second anyway to create our physical reality, we can use our heart-mind coherence to shift to any reality frame we want. This is how we shift with intention instead of shifting by default. This is also describes why we can’t manifest something when we have split energy on the topic.

When I first started studying spirituality, manifestation and metaphysics, I put these principles to the test. I was in downtown Seattle looking for a parking spot. There were no spots available. I drove to the end of the lot, down a single lane to the end of where cars were parked on both sides. My car was blocking the lane and a handful of cars that were parked in their spots. There was no way in and now way out. Thinking about what I had learned about shifting the reality frame, I closed my eyes, took several deep breaths, and visualized an open parking spot. I imagined seeing it, driving into it, putting the car in park, and feeling satisfied to have such a great spot. After about a minute or so, I opened my eyes. To my amazement, there was an open spot right next to me! Since I was blocking the spot, there was no way for the car that was there to have left. This blew my mind.

How did this spot become available if I was blocking the car that was there? There is only one explanation to this set of facts - I shifted to a realty frame where the car didn’t exist at that location. I created the first evidence I was aware of that this stuff actually works. We create our reality. 100%.

“When you made the two one (thought & emotion), you will say to the mountain move away at it will move away.”

Bashar on the Triad Mind

“The energy from the Higher Mind resonates with the Heart Mind at a relatively pure level. Then the energy is filtered by the Head Mind and through the body.”
